Over the years  I've developed a library of orchestral sounds for the EMU ESI 4000 sampler used here .  Working on the demands of this particular Mozart string trio  was a serious challenge. This recording was created entirely with an  Alesis HR-16 drum machine & a midi keyboard, used to trigger the sampler phrase by phrase to a multi-track recorder. I rented & sampled a cello. The violin viola parts were created from violin samples that I struggled to play . I studied the Philips recording of this piece & reverse engineered it. . It took some considerable effort....  hope you dig it
